01How do I get started with WizardStudio?
Explore examples in the feed or catalog, choose a suitable model and select “Start creating”. Sign up or log in to your account.
02How do I choose a model for my idea?
Each model page lists its available modes, such as creating video from text or an image. Watch the example and choose a mode that suits your source materials.
03Why does the catalog show a price “from”?
It is the minimum cost among the available options. The final token cost depends on your model and task settings; review them before starting.
04What if my generation fails?
Email support@wizardstudio.pro with your account, model and task time so we can check execution and token charges. Refund terms are available on the Refunds page.
05How can I change my cookie choice?
Select the hat in the logo and choose “Cookie settings”. You can allow or disable analytics at any time.
06How do I make a request about my data?
