1. Provider and general terms

Individual Entrepreneur Maksim Sarioglo (ИП Сариогло Максим), INN 401112500974, OGRNIP 325320000002801, the ‘Provider’, offers WizardStudio services on the terms below. Contact: support@wizardstudio.pro.

This document is a public offer under Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. A user accepting it is the ‘Customer’. The agreement is governed by Russian law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

WizardStudio provides access to AI tools through wizardstudio.pro and its linked official interfaces. Website and Telegram bot features may differ. A model name or catalogue listing does not mean that every feature is available in every interface.

2. Services

The Provider offers technical access to submit requests to selected AI models, process supplied materials and receive outputs through available features. The Customer pays on the terms shown when selecting a task or purchasing tokens.

Depending on available tools, tasks may include generating and processing images, video, audio and other content. The task description and selected settings determine its material parameters, limitations and price.

The Provider supplies access to computational processing rather than a guaranteed creative, commercial or other subjective outcome. This does not remove the obligation to provide services in accordance with the agreement and the law.

3. Acceptance and accounts

Payment, after an opportunity to read the offer, constitutes acceptance of the paid service terms. Starting a task using previously purchased tokens confirms an order at its displayed price. Merely visiting the site or allowing cookies does not order a paid service.

The Customer supplies accurate information needed for the account and order and protects their sign-in credentials. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported to support promptly.

The Customer must have the legal capacity required to enter the agreement. Minors need a legal representative's consent where required by law; individual tools may have additional age restrictions.

Consent to promotional messages and optional analytics is not a condition of purchase. Data processing consents required for a particular purpose are obtained separately.

4. Prices, tokens and payments

A token is an internal unit for measuring WizardStudio services. Tokens are not currency, securities or a payment instrument outside the service. Package size, price, currency and available payment methods are shown before purchase confirmation.

Token cost depends on the model and parameters, such as duration, resolution and output count. A catalogue price marked ‘from’ is a minimum, not the price of every configuration. Price changes do not apply retroactively to accepted orders.

Purchased tokens are credited after payment confirmation. Contact support with the payment identifier if crediting is delayed. Bonus and free tokens follow the relevant offer and are not redeemable for money.

A token purchase does not in itself authorise automatic recurring charges. If a subscription or auto-renewal is offered in the future, its period, price, cancellation process and charging consent must be disclosed separately before purchase.

The unused paid balance is recorded in your account. Any package-specific limitations, including expiry where applicable, must be disclosed before payment and cannot be added retroactively to an already purchased package.

5. Task execution and technical failures

To place an order, the Customer selects an available model, sets parameters and supplies the required materials. An external AI provider may process the task. Duration depends on complexity, queues and provider availability; an estimate is not a guaranteed deadline unless expressly agreed otherwise.

A task is completed when an output matching the order is made available through an interface or link. Save files you need to your device: the service does not provide indefinite archival storage.

If a task ends with a technical error and no output is provided, the token charge is reviewed. Where non-performance is confirmed, the corresponding tokens must be restored, including through support if automatic restoration did not occur. Duplicate charges for the same uncompleted task must be corrected.

If an output is delivered but differs from the agreed parameters or indicates defective service, contact support with the task ID and a description. Subjective dissatisfaction is assessed separately from a technical failure; statutory remedies for defective services remain available.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may request a refund for a first purchased package before starting to use it. Signing in, checking a balance or browsing the catalogue does not by itself mean that all purchased services have been performed.

After partial use, the value of unperformed services is calculated taking account of completed orders and documented expenses directly related to performance of the particular agreement, to the extent permitted by law. A repeat purchase does not remove a consumer's right to cancel unperformed services.

Email support@wizardstudio.pro with account details, the payment date, amount and identifier, and a task ID for a disputed generation. Explaining your reason helps investigation but is not a condition of a consumer's statutory right to cancel. Do not send passwords, CVV/CVC codes or a full card number.

The Provider reviews the request and communicates a decision within 10 calendar days of receiving sufficient information to identify the payment, without extending statutory deadlines. Refunds are made to the original payment instrument where technically and legally possible. An alternative method is agreed with the Customer.

The time funds reach the account also depends on the bank or payment provider and does not override mandatory deadlines for consumer claims. Fees are not automatically deducted: any deduction requires a legal basis and a calculation.

Completed services are not refunded solely because preferences have changed, unless the law or a service defect provides otherwise. Restoring tokens after a technical failure and refunding money are different operations. The Refunds page provides further details.

7. Acceptable use

The Customer uses the service lawfully, respects third-party rights and follows the selected model's limitations. Bypassing security, interfering with the service, using another person's account and exceeding applicable load limits are prohibited.

Do not upload materials without the required rights, use another person's image or voice for fraud, harassment or unlawful privacy intrusion, or present synthetic materials as reliable evidence. Illegal content, including sexualised materials involving minors, is prohibited.

The Provider may restrict a feature or account where there are reasonable indications of a violation, abuse or security threat. Contact support to challenge a restriction. Restricting access does not automatically forfeit an unused paid balance.

8. Content and output rights

Rights to input materials remain with their rights holders. The Customer provides the necessary permission for processing, technical reproduction and transfer to selected providers only to the extent needed for the order and related obligations.

The Provider does not claim exclusive rights to a user's output merely by providing model access. Personal or commercial use depends on input rights, the relevant model terms and applicable law.

Generation does not guarantee uniqueness, copyright eligibility or freedom from third-party rights. The Customer reviews outputs before publication or commercial use. This offer does not grant a universal licence to third-party trademarks, likenesses or works.

Rights in WizardStudio software, design and branding remain with their respective holders. Publishing private user materials in service advertising requires a separate legal basis and is not authorised merely by accepting this offer.

9. Confidentiality and data

The Privacy Policy describes the data processed, purposes and legal bases. Prompts and files are transferred to external providers to perform selected tasks subject to applicable requirements.

Do not post confidential information in public comments. Disabling optional cookies does not stop processing necessary for sign-in, security, payments and your requests.

10. Liability and limitations

The parties are liable under the agreement and applicable law. Unless expressly agreed, the Provider does not promise error-free AI outputs, uninterrupted external model availability or a particular income.

The Customer reviews outputs before using them in decisions affecting health, finances, rights or safety. AI materials do not replace individual advice from a qualified professional.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, remove remedies for defective services or create an unconditional waiver of damages. An ordinary technical failure does not in itself constitute force majeure releasing the Provider from obligations.

11. Duration and changes

The agreement applies from acceptance until obligations are performed or it ends on contractual or statutory grounds. Discontinuing an account does not remove the need to settle payments and outstanding claims.

The current version is published here with its update date. New terms apply to new orders after taking effect and do not retroactively worsen terms for paid services. Where separate notice or consent is required, publishing the text alone does not replace it.

12. Enquiries and disputes

Send enquiries to support@wizardstudio.pro. The parties seek to resolve disagreements through discussion without restricting recourse to a competent authority or court.

Disputes are handled under applicable Russian law. Consumers retain the legally available choice of court. The offer does not impose mandatory procedures or limitations that reduce consumer rights.

This English version is provided for convenience and reflects the Russian text. If the versions differ, the Russian version prevails to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law.
