1. Data operator and scope

The data operator is Individual Entrepreneur Maksim Sarioglo (ИП Сариогло Максим), Russian taxpayer number (INN) 401112500974, state registration number (OGRNIP) 325320000002801. Contact for data processing and protection enquiries: support@wizardstudio.pro.

This Policy describes processing when you visit wizardstudio.pro, use an account and related WizardStudio features, or contact support. Independent third-party services, including Telegram and AI model providers, also have their own terms.

The operator follows the laws of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. Reading this Policy does not constitute consent to every kind of processing: a separate legal basis applies to each purpose.

2. Data we process

The data involved depends on the feature you use. Browsing public pages does not require information needed only for an account or a payment.

• Account data: email address, verification details, a protected representation of your password, session identifiers and settings, and consent preferences.
• Telegram integration: user ID, name and username where available, language, account-linking information, and interactions with the bot.
• Tasks: text prompts, uploaded images, video and audio, model parameters, outputs, generation statuses and identifiers.
• Transactions: token balance and movements, payment amount, date, status and identifier. Card details are entered with the payment provider; WizardStudio does not request CVV/CVC codes in support messages.
• Public activity: comments, reactions, view information and a display name. Published comment content is visible to other visitors.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device characteristics, request time and URL, error information, cookies and similar identifiers. Support correspondence is processed to the extent of your enquiry.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Registration, sign-in, account linking, balance management, task execution and support are necessary to enter into and perform a contract, or to take steps at your request before a contract.

Payment records, lawful requests and required document retention support legal obligations. Abuse prevention, error investigation and the protection of rights rely on a legally permitted basis that takes account of user rights.

Optional web analytics rely on your separate choice in cookie settings. Consent to analytics cookies is not consent to promotional messages. Where a feature requires separate data processing consent, it must be requested separately from acceptance of the offer.

4. Prompts, photos and AI processing

To execute a task, its prompt, input files and necessary parameters may be sent to the selected model provider. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, restricted information or unnecessary personal data in prompts.

When uploading materials depicting other people, you must have a lawful basis for their use and processing. Photos, voice recordings and video can contain personal data; possessing a file does not by itself establish a right to use it.

AI outputs may be inaccurate and do not verify facts about a person. A generation output is not, by itself, used as a legally significant decision about a user's rights.

This Policy does not independently authorize publishing private user materials in advertising or using them to train models. Processing terms at an AI provider depend on the selected model and service; they must not be assumed to be identical for all generations.

5. Data recipients

The service uses hosting and file storage infrastructure, AI model providers, payment and email services, and security and error diagnostics tools. They receive data needed for the relevant function on an appropriate legal basis.

Site media are stored in Timeweb Cloud S3 storage. Public demonstration materials are separated from generation output storage. Access to the public catalogue does not in itself make personal outputs public.

Telegram also processes data when you use Telegram. When analytics are enabled, Yandex Metrica processes technical information and visit events. Available anti-bot or diagnostic tools may involve their providers processing necessary technical data.

Some providers may process data outside the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfers are permitted only subject to applicable legal requirements. Accepting the offer or cookies does not replace the required grounds and procedures for such transfers. You may ask the operator about recipients involved in a specific task.

6. Retention and deletion

Account data are processed while you use the service and until the relevant purposes end. After a deletion request, only information with a separate lawful basis for continued processing is retained, for example mandatory payment records or information needed for a dispute.

Input files and generated outputs are not an indefinite archive. Download links may expire. Save outputs you need to your own device. An expired link does not mean that all related records, backups and copies held by external providers are deleted simultaneously.

Support correspondence is retained to handle enquiries and related claims; technical logs support security and diagnostics. Data are deleted or anonymised when their purpose ends, the legal basis ceases, or a statutory deadline is reached, unless continued retention is required by law.

Your cookie choice is stored on this device for up to 12 months. You can ask the operator about retention of specific data categories and the handling of your deletion request.

7. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support sign-in, request security, language preferences and your saved cookie choice. They enable requested site functions. Optional analytics are off until you allow them.

The ‘Essential only’ and ‘Allow analytics’ buttons appear on the same screen. You can change your choice through ‘Cookie settings’ or the Cookies button on the homepage. Refusing analytics disables the counter; it does not automatically delete data previously collected lawfully from the analytics service.

The Cookie Policy explains categories, retention and management of stored identifiers. Advertising cookies are not enabled together with analytics.

8. Your rights and enquiries

You may request information about processing, correct inaccurate data, request blocking or deletion where grounds exist, withdraw consent, and challenge unlawful processing. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or processing necessary on another legal basis.

Email support@wizardstudio.pro from the address linked to your account, describe your request and provide details that identify the account or task. Do not send your password or a full card number. The operator may request proportionate identity verification to protect your data.

Requests are handled within applicable statutory time limits. If further information or a legally permitted extension is needed, the operator will inform you. You may contact Roskomnadzor or a court. Refusing analytics does not restrict essential site features.

9. Information security

The operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures appropriate to processing, including secure connections, access controls, credential protection and technical error monitoring. No method of transmission or storage eliminates all risk.

Do not share your sign-in credentials. If you suspect your account is compromised, change your password and contact support. Third parties may copy publicly posted materials, so do not include confidential information in comments.

10. Policy changes

The current version is published on this page with its update date. Material changes to processing purposes or conditions require appropriate notice and, where legally required, fresh consent. Updating this text does not replace that consent.
